How to report a problem with the CST Studio Suite when using it with Managed DSLS (M-DSLS) ?

Answer:
When reporting a problem with the CST used with Managed DSLS system, please provide the CST technical support team with the following information: 
  1. Clear screenshots showing that Managed DSLS authentication file has been copied to a correct folder and license are defined into a DSLicSrv.txt file. Please refer DS documentation or QA00000304487_Managed DSLS for EMAG for more details on how to setup M-DSLS to use with CST.  If you are using CST DC, then include the same screenshots from the DC main controller machine as well.
  2. Check if the CST client machine and the CST DC main controller machine (if CST DC is being used) are eligible to connect to the M-DSLS?Download and run the eligibility checker tool from here: https://www.3ds.com/support/cloud/managed-dsls.
    1. Choose a correct variant of the tool based on the OS of your machine.
