How to report a problem with the CST Studio Suite when using it with Managed DSLS (M-DSLS) ?

When reporting a problem with the CST used with Managed DSLS system, please provide the CST technical support team with the following information:
- Clear screenshots showing that Managed DSLS authentication file has been copied to a correct folder and license are defined into a DSLicSrv.txt file. Please refer DS documentation or QA00000304487_Managed DSLS for EMAG for more details on how to setup M-DSLS to use with CST. If you are using CST DC, then include the same screenshots from the DC main controller machine as well.
- Check if the CST client machine and the CST DC main controller machine (if CST DC is being used) are eligible to connect to the M-DSLS?Download and run the eligibility checker tool from here: https://www.3ds.com/support/cloud/managed-dsls.
- Choose a correct variant of the tool based on the OS of your machine.
