CST Update Manager 2025
allows one to stay up to date with the latest and greatest features and bug
fixes in new service packs. Note: make sure you exit out CST before performing
the update.
If you encounter the
following error message. It means that something is not setup properly and the
steps below guides you through the proper setup to make sure you are most up to
date when you run CST Studio Suite 2025.
The log.txt in the
installation directory will tell you the exact reason for this error.

What this means is that the
address entered did not lead to successful attempt to download the latest
service pack. What you can do is click OK in the above dialog and change the
address in the CST Update Manager 2025 by clicking on File --> Options. Then
select "Update from Internet (cst.com) and click OK.
Now click on "Check for
Updates" should bring you back to the previous window to download, click
Yes.
The downloaded patch should
be available in the Description window. Simply select it(should be highlighted)
and click "Install".
You can verify this by
opening CST Studio Suite 2025 and click on "Help". The top right
corner should tell you the version number. In this case, Release Version
2025.04 means CST 2025, SP4 is installed.
