Problem accessing roles on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
Question: I have trouble accessing my role on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. It was just working yesterday. How do I fix it?
Answer: 3DEXPERIENCE are updated periodically. When you have problems with accessing your roles after an update, please try the following.
1. Open the platform in a private/incognito window
2. Clear browser cache & cookies for your specific browser
3. Disable ad-blockers or security extensions if you have any
4. If using a desktop App
clear local Dassault Systemes cache under AppData\Local\DassaultSystemes
