If the machine hosting the license is lost, stolen, damaged or due to upgrade, customers can request a license to be rehosted to another machine to continue license usage. Some rules applies as shown below:
1. Eligibility:
VIAS3D will consider license transfer requests only if the original computer or component (from which the Target ID is determined) was lost, stolen, damaged, upgraded, or replaced.
2. Prohibited Actions:
Selling, transferring, renting, assigning, or unauthorized use of license keys is strictly against the terms and conditions of the License Agreement.
3. Request Process:
To transfer your software license key from one computer to another, you must complete this request form and return to your sales manager.
4. License Key Deletion:
You must delete the license key from the old machine within 2 days of receiving the new license key.

Depending on the license type you currently have, you will either need a target ID or a MAC address for the license rehost.
Once the support agent receives the signed form, the agent can send it to the appropriate sales ops agent and request the license transfer.
