CST main controller stuck at Aborting... status and consumes CST license
Question:
CST main controller stuck at Aborting... status and consumes CST SRU tokens. How to release these stuck tokens from the main controller and have them available back to the license pool?
Answer:
This happens with the default setting in the main controller to recover the aborted jobs. The steps below will help reset and release the stuck tokens back to the pool.
1. Stop Server
2. Uncheck "Recover job queue upon restart of DC Main Controller"
3. Click "Start Server".
The stuck tokens should be released back to the pool after the steps above.
