Antenna Magus crashes on launch with non-admin account

Question: 
Antenna Magus crashes on launch and issues the following error message:

If you require support in resolving this problem, a package containing this diagnostic information as well as a short description of how the error occurred should be emailed to Antenna Magus Support.

Description: Failed to write application settings.

Answer:
This problem is due to local user not having write access to the ApplicationSettings.xml file. System admin needs to grant write access to the local user to gain access.
